Boutique Supervisor

• Minimum Education: SPM / Diploma in Retail, Business, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years in a retail supervisory or senior sales role.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good salesmanship and customer handling.
• Basic computer skills (POS system, Microsoft Excel, etc.)

1. Sales & Customer Service

2. Achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.

3. Provide high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

5. Staff Supervision

6. Supervise and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals.

7. Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and conduct basic training for new staff.
8. Monitor staff performance and report to management.

9. Store Operations

10. Ensure boutique is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.

11. Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
12. Perform cash register operations and handle payment processes.

13. Inventory & Stock

14. Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment needs.

15. Coordinate with the inventory team on stock movement and deliveries.
16. Prevent loss or damage through proper stock handling and storage.

17. Visual Merchandising

18. Ensure products are displayed attractively based on branding guidelines.

19. Maintain seasonal and promotional visual setups.
