- Experience: At least 1–2 years in a retail supervisory or senior sales role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good salesmanship and customer handling.
- Basic computer skills (POS system, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Sales & Customer Service
Achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Staff Supervision
Supervise and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and conduct basic training for new staff.
- Monitor staff performance and report to management.
Store Operations
Ensure boutique is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
- Perform cash register operations and handle payment processes.
Inventory & Stock
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with the inventory team on stock movement and deliveries.
- Prevent loss or damage through proper stock handling and storage.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure products are displayed attractively based on branding guidelines.
- Maintain seasonal and promotional visual setups.
