About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at YEOW JIH INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting, networking and cold-calling
  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and achievements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the industrial products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
