Role Description

We're seeking a Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Executive to drive revenue and strategic collaborations for our film. This contract role (hybrid in Greater KL) covers identifying brand partners, negotiating sponsorship deals, and managing relationships that amplify our reach and funding. You'll craft compelling proposals, secure partnerships, and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations that support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential brand partners and sponsors
  • Develop and propose brand activation ideas for the campaign
  • Manage on-ground activations and be present throughout the campaign
  • Develop sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and partnership packages
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms and partnership agreements
  • Manage and nurture relationships with brand partners throughout campaigns
  • Meet revenue targets for sponsored content and brand collaborations
  • Track partnership performance and ROI metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Sponsorship, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of securing and managing brand deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Understanding of brand marketing and partnership structures
  • Results-driven, organized, and hybrid-ready
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Film or entertainment industry experience is a plus
