REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum STPM or Diploma or in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse or inventory management.

· Familiar with stock control, and warehouse documentation would be an advantage.

· Able to use Microsoft Office and Excel to perform daily tasks.

· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.

· Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for smooth operations.

· Verify quantity and quality of goods received against Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.

· Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and system updates upon receiving and dispatching goods.

· Arrange and store products systematically to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.

· Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Orders (DO).

· Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and forklift operators, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.

· Ensure all warehouse staff properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle warehouse equipment responsibly.

· Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
