Job Responsibilities:

The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes. Key duties include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality-related issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality assurance and control.

Requirements:

  • While a degree in Engineering or Quality Management is beneficial, we strongly encourage candidates with significant relevant experience to apply
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience with quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 standards, including implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement processes and ISO documentation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is preferred
