We are seeking a
Property Manager
to take charge of a large portfolio of completed residential and commercial properties (around 1,000 units) for
subsale and rental management
on behalf of the company. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee daily operations, drive sales and rental performance, and safeguard the company's interests in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small business unit to ensure all properties are properly maintained and documented.
  • Engage third-party partners and design programs to promote subsales of available units.
  • Oversee leasing activities, ensure timely rental collection, and issue reminders for late payments.
  • Monitor tenant accounts to ensure outstanding balances remain within allowable thresholds, and take appropriate action when needed.
  • Manage Joint Management Body (JMB) affairs for designated properties.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and rental strategies to meet annual targets.
  • Act as the main contact point for tenants, ensuring property upkeep and representing the company's best interests.
  • Ensure all legal and contractual documentation (e.g., renewals, leasing agreements) are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking for:

  • Proven experience in
    property management, leasing, or real estate sales
    .
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to design and execute sales and rental strategies.
  • Knowledge of property law, JMB affairs, and leasing agreements is an advantage.
