This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer based in Pasir Gudang. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing quality support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via face-to-face, phone, or digital channels.


• Provide accurate information on products and services, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.


• Assist customers with account-related matters including account opening, maintenance, and documentation.


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.


• Maintain a positive and professional image of the bank through excellent customer service delivery.


• Support branch sales initiatives and promote cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

Important Requirements:


• Must have hands-on experience in opening and bundling Current Accounts (CA).


• Preferably with prior experience handling Current Account openings in other banks.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet service quality standards.


• Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher in Business, Banking, or related fields.
