Job Description:

  • Plan and execute marketing & enrolment strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Manage both digital and offline campaigns to promote the school's IB programmes.
  • Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and school tours to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Create engaging bilingual (English & Mandarin) content for social media, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Academic teams for smooth enrolment processes.
  • Build partnerships with relocation agents, property consultants, and feeder schools.
  • Track marketing performance and report on leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese, English, and BM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
