Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Center Operator based in Shah Alam. The role involves managing daily data center operations, monitoring system performance, and addressing technical issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure problems, performing routine maintenance tasks such as cabling, and ensuring the data center environment remains secure and optimized. The role also requires collaboration with technical teams to provide support and implement new solutions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Center Operations and Infrastructure management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for addressing system and hardware issues.
  • Experience with Cabling and maintaining organized and efficient physical infrastructures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools and practices for data center management is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent) are a plus.
