About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Banking, License & Compliance Liaison to manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the fund management, banking, and payment industries. This role will play a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance, securing licenses, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communications and negotiations with banking, licensing, compliance, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee compliance frameworks and ensure alignment with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage licensing applications, renewals, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in funds, banking, and payment sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of financial services while meeting compliance requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market opportunities.
  • Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure compliance
  • Assist the Compliance Manager in preparing documentation, supporting projects, and ensuring their timely completion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance, banking, funds, or payment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and licensing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under regulatory timelines.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
