As we expand nationwide, we're looking for a sharp, driven, and strategic Operations Manager to take full charge of our day-to-day operations and help us scale effectively.

The Role:

You'll be the backbone of our retail and operational engine — ensuring every store runs efficiently, sales performance stays on target, and our team executes at a high level. You'll work closely with the founder to translate the company's vision into a structured, well-monitored system that scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize operations across all Swing Again Golf outlets — sales, inventory, staffing, and service quality.
  • Ensure every branch meets sales and profit targets through consistent performance management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store teams to maintain brand standards and strong customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory flow: from procurement coordination to inter-store transfers and pricing consistency.
  • Implement and refine SOPs, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for operational transparency.
  • Drive accountability — ensuring every department (sales, buying, logistics, online) hits its measurable goals.
  • Coordinate marketing, promotional campaigns, and seasonal product pushes with the HQ team.
  • Monitor reports, identify performance gaps, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with the founder on strategy, expansion planning, and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-branch retail, F&B, or consumer goods operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High commercial awareness — understands sales metrics, margins, and ROI.
  • Hands-on, highly organized, and capable of balancing fieldwork with management reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, workflow systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Golf knowledge is a bonus but not required.
