Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain job postings on various platforms and ensure timely updates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage employee sales claims, verifying and processing reimbursements.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate probational, quarterly, and annual employee performance appraisals.
- Assist in handling employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR functions (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Possess good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Malay.
