Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain job postings on various platforms and ensure timely updates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage employee sales claims, verifying and processing reimbursements.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate probational, quarterly, and annual employee performance appraisals.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in HR functions (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
