 Support the Sales & Credit Department's sales goals through effective sales techniques and good customer service in order to achieve the company/group's sales and profit targets.

 Performing sales credit function through assisting purchasers on loan documentation for applying for loan with banks, and to effectively follow-up of loan draw-down from the banks as well as collection of payments from buyers.

 Attend to potential purchasers and corporate buyers and provide information on their inquiries.

 Maintain good networking connections, liaison with lawyers and purchasers on all matters pertaining to the preparation and signing of Sales Purchase Agreement including follow-up on down-payment and stamping status.

 Delegate, supervise and motivate the Sales Team to attend to customers' inquiries/complaints, maintain records and follow-up with purchasers on all matters pertaining to signing of Sales Purchase Agreement.

 Provide guidance and advice to purchasers on loan application process and procedures to assist purchasers with all requirements for smooth loan processing.

 Monitor and follow-up of progressive loan drawdown from purchasers' financial institution.

 To supervise, share information on project status, assist in problem solving and provide guidance to junior sales executives and sales assistants in sales and claims related matters.

 Responsible for arrangements pertaining to marketing tools such as billboards, buntings, brochures, etc.
