The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at Pasaraya Yee Seet Fear. In this full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's marketing strategies and driving engagement with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing activities across social media
  2. Producing compelling content such as blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials
  3. Monitoring marketing performance and providing analysis to optimise future marketing efforts
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
  5. Providing support for events and promotional activities
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  3. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  5. A creative mindset and a passion for marketing and brand building
  6. Familiarity with marketing analysis and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
