  • Experience in Molding Injection Industry.
  • Perform periodical inspection and verification process based on established inspection standard and sampling
  • plan;
  • Carry out first/last article inspections and keep the buy-off samples for future references;
  • Stamp 'QC' on carton label to indicate part acceptance status;
  • To perform verification of Molding Parameter Setting at every shift change and/or when there is a change on setting;
  • Record inspection and verification data in IPQC Checklist;
  • Feedback to QE, Production Supervisor/Line Leader when there is a detection of non-conforming part;
  • Identify, report and segregate the non-conforming part to avoid unintended used;
  • Generate rework order request to Production to carry out necessary action and carry-out re-inspection process after Rework and Sorting process completed;
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior
