Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for an HRDF Training Program Producer. In this role, the Training Program Producer will oversee the design, planning, and execution of training programs in alignment with HRDF guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting program research, coordinating with trainers and stakeholders, organizing training schedules, managing operational logistics, ensuring compliance with HRDF requirements, and monitoring program success to provide ongoing improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including program planning and scheduling
  • Knowledge of training program development, research, and curriculum design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in handling logistics and operations related to training programs
  • Familiarity with HRDF guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail and the ability to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or Business Management are a plus
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
