The scope of work

Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office activities, staff welfare programs, and general support services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in daily administrative operations including handling of documents, filing, and office correspondence.

  2. Support the inventory and purchase management of office supplies, uniforms, and stationery.

  3. Coordinate internal communication such as emails, calls, letters, and courier services.

  4. Assist in organizing company activities, staff engagement events, and welfare programs.

  5. Provide support for company transport management including booking, documentation, and scheduling.

  6. Assist in managing office cleanliness in coordination with the cleaning staff.

  7. Support dormitory administration and canteen coordination tasks.

  8. Assist with travel arrangements including air ticket and hotel bookings.

  9. Greet and attend to visitors in a professional manner.

  10. Perform other assignments by Superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  1. Education level: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  2. Year(s) of Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in administration or office support roles. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  3. Capability:

    (a) Highly organized and detail oriented.

    (b) Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  4. Skill(s):

    (a) Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    (b) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Language: English and Malay.
