Responsibility
- To ensure process of registration of all vehicles, (sales invoices, coordinate on invoices for disbursement of H/P Loan paperwork for MYEG & JPJ ownership transfer).
- To prepare and monitor the insurance quotation, cover note and road tax as well for renewal
- To monitor and keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents.
- To monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehicles
- To make appointment for necessary inspection for vehicles registration and interchange
- To raise PO to body builder & ensure timely delivery of commercial vehicle body
- Undertake other administrative support duties as assigned

Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage (if applicable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
