Job Descriptions:

  • Reporting daily to the property manager or executive

  • Assist / Handle set of accounts

  • Responsible for daily operations of Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Manage cash flow

  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounting statement, analysis and report.

  • Verification of invoices and payments

  • Able to prepare and write minutes of meeting

  • Attending incoming inquiries and complaints

  • Must have initiative and able to meet dateline

  • Liasion with auditor, tax agent, and government bodies.

  • Perform admin works such as licence application & renewal.

  • Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

  • Able to operate accounting software, preferably CSS, Condo Master or SQL software.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Preferred knowledge of full set account.

  • Willing to travel.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking residents.

  • Preferably can start on short notice.

  • Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
