Key Requirement
  • Experience in Producing Specialized Poles:Candidates must have hands-on experience in manufacturing stadium high mast, flag poles, monopoles, 5G communication poles, street lighting column and decorative poles.
  • Proficiency in Interpreting Pole Structure Drawings:Familiarity with technical drawings is essential to ensure production accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire production process, drawing up a production schedule, pre-production (planning) stage and production (control and supervision) stage for poles, including High mast, Telco pole, Street Lighting column and Decorative poles.
  • Interpret and work with pole structure drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Supervise and participate in hands-on production operations, from receiving orders to final delivery.
  • Ensure production quality and efficiency while adhering to timelines and safety standards.
  • Manage resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to optimize production.
  • Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing poles (stadium high masts, flag poles, monopoles, 5G communication poles, and decorative poles).
  • Required skills strong in the MS Tower/Open Tower (v10.0), Bentley STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP 2000 & Solidworks, Auto CAD.
  • At least 3 years of experience in telco pole design, including 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Candidates under 45 years of age are preferred.
  • Required candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin as you will be liaising with customers & vendors who are Mandarin speakers.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows and technical expertise in pole manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with pole structure drawings is essential.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Report duty at Sg. Lalang, Semenyih, therefore prefers candidate staying nearby Semenyih/Kajang area or travel distance less than 20km.
