Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chargeman AO at RKT VENTURES SDN BHD, located in Kapar, Selangor, Malaysia. The Chargeman AO will oversee daily maintenance and operation tasks, perform routine inspections, and ensure that equipment and facilities comply with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, managing heavy equipment operations, and working closely with the team to resolve technical issues promptly. The role demands hands-on expertise to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear coordination and reporting.
  • Experience in Carpentry and Maintenance, particularly in facility and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Sound understanding of safety and compliance standards in operations.
  • Certification
    as a Chargeman AO
    (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
    is required.
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
