The Production Executive will oversee daily his/her department section operations and its activity by ensuring the efficiencies, quality and productivity across his/her department. This role requires a good leadership, supervisory, interpersonal, section production processes knowledges skills and the ISO as well as 5S requirement.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • To ensure section workforce work to achieve target and company objectives.
  • To ensure section workforce comply to the Company rules & regulations.
  • To improve production yield and minimize rejection rate to meet requirement.
  • To upgrade, develop and train all level skills of improvement.
  • Maintain, control, update and implement procedure, machine and work instructions.
  • To improve works quality and create safety environment in work place.
  • To ensure product quality meet customer satisfaction and quality set at all time.
  • To ensure that all machinery in plant is running well, free from defects and well maintenance at all time. And organize the periodical maintenance schedules.
  • Generate and or preparing daily, weekly and or monthly reports of the department.
  • Keep superior well inform and updated on daily activities, accomplishments and whatever regarding the section or department in-charged issues.
  • Adopt to toles and responsibilities of supervisors and or officer and or leaders.
  • To ensure compliance of local Law Requirements and Customer Social Audits as well as CTPAT Audits requirements.
  • Follow other duties assigned by immediate superior.
  • To assist superior when is required from time to time.
Job Requirements: -
  • Possess minimum at least Professional Certificate / Diploma Advance or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years working of experiences in the related field.
  • Relevant working experiences in ISO9001 Quality System, and manufacture field will have an added advantageous.
  • Computer literate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent and able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Wiling to work under pressure and a team player as well as teamwork.
