Job Summary

The Communications and Advertising Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring brand communication strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role involves managing advertising activities, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement communication and advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and within approved budgets.
  • Support brand positioning and strengthen brand presence across all communication channels.

Execution of Communication Plans

  • Manage and execute integrated communication campaigns, including public relations (PR), media relations, social media content, and ground events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements for better engagement and reach.

Creative Development

  • Liaise with designers and creative teams to develop brand communication materials (brochures, advertisements, digital content, event collaterals, etc.).
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver clear, consistent messaging.

Brand Communication Support

  • Assist in coordinating activities that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and visibility.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to communications and advertising initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, advertising, or marketing (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of PR, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
