Senior Business Analyst - Software Analysis & Design
Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing business needs and defining system requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams and system owners to identify system requirements.
- Design and prepare functional specifications, including regression and stress test scenarios.
- Conduct automated regression tests and analyse test results.
- Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
- Support and coordinate system live implementation tasks to ensure a smooth system rollout.
Requirements:
- Degree in any IT field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT field.
- Experience in IT project management, software development, testing, or application support is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software test design, testing techniques and tools (Katalon, Apache, JMeter, DevOps).
- Familiar with SQL, scripting and programming.
