Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Management Associate role located in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves supporting project management initiatives, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deliverables are met within specified timelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating communication across teams, analyzing project data, and maintaining organized documentation to facilitate efficient operations. Strong collaboration with stakeholders will be a central part of the role to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    JAPANESE
    a must
  • Project Management and Program Management skills
  • Effective Communication and Organization Skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
