Junior Finance Specialist

Job Scope:
- Perform payment matching operations, check mandatory payment elements such as payment approval, contract, and acceptance, and check the accuracy and consistency of procurement acceptance documents and invoice registration.
- Perform data analysis to identify high risk and abnormal items with a proper solution plan.
- Review business rationality and perform risk control to safeguard company and payment security.
- Continuous improvement and enhancement on PTP processes and systems.
- Assist in preparing monthly statement, analysis and report.
- Provide support to various countries for all finance and business department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field of study.
- Good command of PC knowledge (Eg: excel, word, Powerpoint).
- Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy.
- Experienced in accounting shared service centre will be added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or holding relevant residential status.
- Good team player with ability to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
