Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that service timelines, quality, effectiveness and efficiency and continuously improved in the Client Accounting Services.
- Assist and support the Client Accounting team in delivery of services to clients of TMF Group.
- Ensure the services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with TMF policies and Internal Control requirements.
- Part of the Client Accounting Services team to meet and exceed service standards expected through structured training and on the job coaching provided.
- To backup, assist with and perform Client Accounting Services tasks.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma holder / Degree holder in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting qualification related disciplines
- Able to perform end to end; Full set of Accounting
- Experience working in outsourced accounting Services is desirable
- Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices
- Intermediate excel skill set
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
