Requirements

  • Experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow in culinary skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation
  • Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Support daily kitchen operations
