Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, clients, or candidates based on provided databases.
  • Explain real estate project details (if for property sales) or job opportunities (if for BOP/recruitment).
  • Maintain daily follow-up calls and update responses in CRM or Excel sheet.
  • Schedule appointments / interviews for sales or recruitment teams.
  • Handle basic queries from customers or candidates politely and professionally.
  • Achieve weekly or monthly call & conversion targets.
  • Prepare and share daily call summary or reports with the team lead.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Persuasion: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
  • Resilience: The ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage customer data and follow-up activities.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer relationship management software.
  • Professionalism: A professional and customer-focused attitude.
