Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Meat Department Associate to join our team. You will handle the preparation, cutting, and packaging of meat products, maintain quality standards, and ensure a clean and safe work environment in our non-halal kitchen or store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat according to specifications.
  • Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Support other kitchen or store operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in meat handling, butcher work, or kitchen prep preferred.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
