We are a well-established Chinese restaurant located in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, known for authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and efficient service. We are currently hiring a proactive and service-oriented Floor Captain to lead our front-of-house team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure a positive guest experience
监督并协调前线日常营运,确保顾客获得优质用餐体验
- Lead and motivate service staff, manage shift schedules, and delegate tasks effectively
带领并激励服务团队,安排轮班表,合理分配工作任务
- Greet and engage with guests, and handle feedback or complaints professionally
主动迎宾,与顾客互动,妥善处理意见与投诉
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and staff presentation
确保服务标准、卫生与仪容仪表始终达标
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members
协助培训及指导新员工
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for timely and accurate order delivery
与厨房及收银团队协调,确保出餐及时准确
- Promote menu items and seasonal promotions
向顾客介绍菜单及促销活动
- Support cashiering or takeaway packing during peak hours when needed
高峰时段协助收银或打包工作(视需要而定)
Requirements | 岗位要求
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
马来西亚公民或永久居民
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or senior service experience in F&B
至少两年餐饮业主管或资深服务员经验
- Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and restaurant operations
熟悉中餐及餐厅营运流程
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin or Cantonese
能以英语、马来语及中文(普通话或粤语)沟通
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
具备良好的领导能力、人际沟通与应变能力
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused
仪容整洁,守时守信,具备良好客户服务意识
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
