What You'll Be Doing

Assist the Credit Control team in managing outstanding receivables, following up on customer payments, and keeping AR records updated during peak periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices (calls & emails).
  • Update AR aging reports and track payment status.
  • Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Assist with payment allocation and reconcile remittances.
  • Support the Credit Control Manager on ad-hoc tasks.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • SPM/Diploma; basic accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to use Excel and work independently.
