Join Our Team as a Research Assistant

Are you a curious, hands-on learner with a passion for animals and scientific discovery? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Research Assistant to support our crocodile breeding and R&D efforts—right at the heart of Malaysia's largest crocodile theme park

Your Role:

As a Research Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our Crocodile R&D program, contributing to the health, growth, and sustainability of our livestock operations.

Key Responsibilities/ Job Scope:

· Participate in hands-on crocodile breeding, feeding, pond maintenance, and hatchery operations.

· Assist with cleaning, feeding routines, water management, and post-mortem procedures.

· Collect and analyze data related to feeding behavior, egg production, nesting environments, incubation, and mortality.

· Propose and support implementation of improvements in breeding strategies and egg fertility.

· Prepare basic technical reports and communicate findings effectively with supervisors.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year experience with animal research / hatchery/ aquaculture/ R&D

· Preferably strong physical due to the physically demanding nature of the work.

· Educational background Diploma/Degree in Zoology, Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary, Fisheries, or Aquaculture

· Must have a valid driving license

· Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow.
