Job Responsibilities

1.  Accountable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of raw material, components, supplies, and finished goods inventory.

2.  Responsible for ensuring a safe warehouse work environment by monitoring associate performance, equipment, tools, and employee/warehouse work areas

3.  Maintains inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions. Communicate schedules release data and all other logistics/materials requirement information to manufacturing, production and other teams.

4.  Maintains a high standard of warehouse housekeeping/sanitation, supporting a lean work environment.

5.  Leads, develops, and mentors direct reports; Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports.

6.  Sets expectations and hold associates accountable; fair, consistent, respectful, and professional always

7.  Plans and organizes daily and near-term workload for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

8.  Delivers department goals and objectives while supporting the broader organization.

9.  Interact and communicate with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (customers & vendors).

  1. Promotes and delivers continuous improvement processes and programs.

  2. Manages the balance of safety, quality, and productivity performance to achieve business goals.

  3. Collaborates and coordinates with peers to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals, and objectives.

  4. Responsible for individual career growth and development, as a contribution to support the development of a strong leadership team and warehouse operation

  5. Ensures that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed

  6. Develops, implements, and trains personnel on policy work instructions, to ensure operational compliance.

  7. First point of contact for local site operational escalations involving transportation, warehousing, and packaging,

  8. Administers import & export customs policies, tools, and guidelines in line with corporate guidelines and policies. Ensures site compliancy to local regulatory rules and regulations.

  9. Accountable for local customs/governmental import and export statistical reporting requirements and compliance to governmental classification & regulatory licensing requirements.

  10. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by Operations/Factory Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

·       Min SPM and above.

· At least 5 years working experience in similar industry.

· Knowledge in operate pallet jacks, packing machine and forklift/reach truck equipment.

· Must be 'hands-on' with product knowledge.

· Good in mathematical calculations.

· Posses Good initiative in problem solving.

· Conscientious and with good time management.

· Good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and co-operate with others.

· Manage to delegate job effectively.

· Knowledge in 6S and good housekeeping.

· Work well under pressure . Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

· Able to read and write English language for documentation.
