What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

·   Shape Technology Strategy: Work alongside senior leadership to define our software development roadmap, ensuring every line of code aligns with our ambitious business goals and cutting-edge technology strategies.

·   Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of developers, engineers, and technical leads, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and careers flourish. You'll be instrumental in recruiting top talent and building Malaysia's premier fintech development team.

·   Drive Innovation: Stay at the forefront of technology trends, championing the adoption of emerging tools and methodologies that keep us ahead of the competition. Lead the implementation of modern development practices, from cloud-native architectures to advanced security protocols.

·   Ensure Excellence: Maintain the highest standards in software quality, scalability, and security while implementing robust monitoring and debugging strategies that ensure our applications perform flawlessly for our customers.

·   Manage Strategic Resources: Oversee development budgets and infrastructure needs, ensuring your team has everything required to deliver exceptional results efficiently and effectively.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

·   Leadership Experience: 10+ years in software development with 5+ years leading successful teams and projects. You have a proven track record of delivering results while building high-performance development teams.

·   Technical Expertise: Strong background in modern application development, cloud computing, and microservices. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Spring Boot, jQuery, , , plus MySQL database management.

·   Financial Technology Knowledge: Experience with Loans Origination, Credit Scoring, High Purchase Loan systems, Loan Collection systems, and fully digital channels for product applications.

·   Strategic Mindset: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, combined with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. You're innovation-driven with a passion for emerging technologies.

·   Bonus Points: Experience with cloud platforms (especially AliCloud), containerization, security best practices, and data protection regulations.
