About the Role:
Support Executive Director by offering administrative help
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full private secretarial duties in the Executive Director's Office.
- Arranging meetings, appointments scheduling, minutes taking as and when required.
- Receive and analyse incoming emails, correspondences, memos and reports in order to determine their significance and prioritise distribution including preparation of their responses as well as matters of highly confidential nature.
- Effective communication with internal and external parties such as attending to phone calls, messages and furnishing information intelligently.
- Perform general office duties.
- Handle travel arrangements for the Executive Director including flight routing, hotels, limousines, visa application, obtain foreign currencies, travellers' cheques as and when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate filing system by documenting all relevant documents and updating data from time to time.
- To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company's mission and key corporate values.
- Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Academic Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Executive Secretaryship or related field
Knowledge : Customer and personal service
Skills : Administrative skills, communication skills and technology skills
Work Experience : 2-5 years experience in this field
