About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to support the development, deployment, and integration of machine learning solutions across business workflows. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in ML model development, data preprocessing, and software engineering, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and input quality validation to support model training.
  • Assist in evaluating model performance, tuning hyperparameters, and improving overall model accuracy.
  • Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders.

AI Integration & Deployment

  • Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.
  • Support the development of scalable AI pipelines for inference and model management.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and validating AI components in real-world environments.

Software Engineering Support

  • Work with development teams to build and enhance software components and internal tools.
  • Contribute to backend or application features as needed, applying sound software development practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, automation tasks, and feature implementation.

Data & System Operations

  • Perform data analytics, basic data mining, and pipeline maintenance to ensure high-quality data flows.
  • Support documentation, testing procedures, and code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring deployed systems and preparing reports for performance review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Intelligent Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and AI-related internships or junior roles.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of ML workflows, data preprocessing, and evaluation metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, or software deployment environments.
  • Strong foundation in programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C++, PHP & MySQL.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical tasks.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
