Job Purpose

Fulfilling the requirement of legal and management system requirement in delivering the responsibility of QHSE & Sustainability department in achieving the organization policy, mission and vision.

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist QHSE department in the implementation of QHSE & Sustainability program company wide towards achieving its Policy, Objectives, Legal compliance and maintaining the Management Systems and Certifications.
  • To act as employer representative in assisting the employer or any responsible person of the worksite in appropriate action required in the interest of ensuring the safety and health of the people working or those affected.
  • To conduct Workplace Inspection and Risk Assessment in ensuring the safety of machinery, plant, equipment, material or work processes that may cause bodily injury to the people working at the workplace; and to ensure quality services delivered to customer.
  • To prepare Training Material and conduct Training and Promotion of QSHE & Sustainability best practices among the workforce.
  • To assist and prepare reports that is required for specified activities such as Site Inspection, Site Audit, incident, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning and diseases at the workplace; and follow up actions.
  • To execute other related task or instruction by the employer related to workplace safety and health in the interest of the organization and people working on behalf of the organization.
