- The knowledge to be dispatchers is similar to the requirement of a cadet pilot.

- Assess conditions that may affect flight safety and security coming up with the appropriate decision
- To act as intermediate for odc when in discussion with internal or external parties
- Degree in any field with 2 years experience in airlines industry
- In flight dispatch with 2 years experience In flight dispatch
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Basic and Advanced Flight Operations Management Course conducted by Jeppesen Academy at MAS Academy
- Flight Dispatcher License authorized by DCA Malaysia conforming to ICAO FAA and JAA syllabus and standards
