What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with freight forwarders to provide solutions that meet business needs in terms of quality, cost, delivery lead times, and after-sales services.
  • Liaise with shipping agents and ensure customers are kept up-to-date with relevant information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information and documentation flow to all stakeholders to meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate and arrange import/export shipments with the freight forwarding, sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customs documentation for all shipments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any related course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service or any working experience is preferred, but we are happy to welcome fresh graduates with good attitude as well
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
