We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at the Mazda showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales from any industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officers, insurance officers, and key industry contacts.
  • Assist the sales team in closing sales when necessary, providing support and expertise.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and sales campaigns to drive showroom traffic.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to the Head of Sales.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales from any industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role handling a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
  • Good understanding of financial transactions related to sales (loan processing, insurance, etc.).
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license.
