About Us:

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign-owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US-based global supplier of household products and industrial tools, with a total land area of 45.25 acres.

The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.

In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.

What You'll Be Doing:

Recruitment

  • Responsible for posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment needs from various departments, and maintain and expand recruitment channels.
  • Organize online and on-site interviews, collect interview documents, and follow up on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding status.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data, assist in building and managing the talent pool, and ensure a steady pipeline for key positions.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation procedures.
  • Serve as the communication contact for employees, addressing daily inquiries, complaints, and basic conflict coordination.
  • Manage employee personnel files and ensure accurate maintenance and updating of employee information.
  • Track new employees' performance and adaptation after onboarding, and conduct probation period evaluations.

Attendance & Payroll

  • Manage company attendance, including timekeeping, shift adjustments, overtime, leave, and absenteeism verification.
  • Prepare payroll calculation data (such as overtime, allowances, and disciplinary deductions) to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle HR matters related to sick leave, workplace injuries, and maternity leave in compliance with labor law requirements.
  • Responsible for the submission and updating of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and payroll system accuracy. Generate regular payroll reports to support management's decision-making.

Training & Development

  • Gather training needs and assist in developing the annual training plan to support business growth.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, trainers, and training materials, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor training implementation, including attendance, learning progress, and training feedback. Assist employees with training assessments and competency evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain complete training records, including training history and employee progress.
  • Collect training feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related work; candidates with HR experience in manufacturing or production companies are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates who can communicate in Mandarin will also be considered.
  • Familiar with at least one HR function such as recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll, or training & development.
  • Knowledgeable in Malaysian labour laws, overtime regulations, public holidays, and employee welfare policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work effectively with departments such as Production, Engineering, Sales, and Quality.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the manufacturing industry.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Malay in daily work.
