Account Cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handle billing related job tasks including SOA (Invoice, Statement of Accounts, Credit Note, Debit Note).
- Responsible for accounts related matters AP and AR functions and GL using accounting software.
- Assist in managing receivables, payable as well monitoring receivable ageing listing.
- Verify and reconciliation of supplier invoices.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Preparation of journals, payment schedules, petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Perform data entries and month-end closing.
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
- Keep proper filing & complete documentation.
- To perform any other accounting related duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree qualification.
- With relevant experience and qualification is preferred.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words and Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn, independent, reliable, disciplined, organized and able to adapt.
- Able to meet all datelines given and complete in timely manner.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Raja Uda, Butterworth.
- Possess own transport.
- Full time position available and able to start work immediately.
