Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving the company's growth in new markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries and geographies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that align with business development goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Negotiate and close business agreements and contracts in line with company goals and profitability targets. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ( Engineering ) 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in Industrial. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business growth target. Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM13,000.00 per month
