Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice and payment processing.
- Support in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of all accounting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of company expenses.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting and billing matters.
- Support the finance team in any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
