About the Role
The role involves leading and steategizing the sales team to acquire new corporate clients and drive revenue growth through strategic, consultative selling. Responsibilities include managing a steady sales pipeline, achieving ambitious targets, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience. The role also acts as a key brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships and converting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert new business opportunities within assigned leads generated, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
- Drive the sales team to consistently close new business at or above quota level, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company's suite of products and solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.
- Oversee follow-up activities on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to facilitate the growth of new business.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Lead Generation department, to refine and execute the sales strategy, leveraging insights from lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, and other related department, to ensure smooth transaction for clients.
