BILLCHEM was established by its founding members who are veterans in the chemical industry with accumulative experience of over 35 years. BILLCHEM operates from headquarter in Penang and has a nationwide outreach with sales and service representatives across Malaysia. BILLCHEM specializes in providing total chemical solutions for various industrial and commercial applications. Our expertise is on cleaning chemicals that includes all grades of detergents, solutions and we also provide value-add services such as consultations on system design that best suit the operations. Currently, BILLCHEM has expanded its business globally to provide commercial, industrial cleaning and hygiene products and solutions for food safety, food and beverage hygiene, floor care, housekeeping and room care, laundry, hand hygiene, metal and rubber industrial cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications & experience:


• STPM / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or similar.


• Basic technical knowledge on machinery & equipment such as hospitality equipment.


• More than 1 year of working experience with mechanical/electrical/electronics background or similar.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Have strong sense of urgency, responsibility and punctuality.


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.


• Self-driven with positive working attitude, have strong attention to details.


• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skill.


• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa (spoken and written).


• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel and outstation service.

Job Description / Responsibilities:


• Educate the client on correct operating procedure, steps to maintain their equipment and solution for machinery breakdown.


• Provide technical support for installation, repair and maintenance of machines and equipment.


• Provide regular inspection and calibration of equipment/machines to optimal condition.


• Troubleshoot and analyse equipment/machines failure root causes and propose corrective actions.


• Willingness to assist in sourcing parts/equipment/machines, and continuous learn and improve.


• Take turns to travel outstation for mechanical servicing upon Customers' request and schedule assigned by Management.
