Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a retail team, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising and cash management.
  • Drive sales by setting targets and creating strategies to meet them.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored fashion advice and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
  • Passion for modest fashion and understanding of customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage operations, budgets and team performance effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales goals.
