What Trainee Area / Side Supervisor Will Do

1. Supervise and coordinate all outlet operations within assigned areas, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure efficient and consistent operation.
2. Lead, train, motivate, and recruit staff to maintain adequate manpower levels and build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by personally exemplifying high service standards, resolving complaints promptly, and training staff to maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude toward customers.
4. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and regional targets.
5. Prepare and submit operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review, providing insights on performance and improvement areas.
6. Travel regularly within assigned areas to oversee outlet operations, ensure compliance with standards, and provide on-site support and guidance to teams.

Who We're Looking For:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English. We are seeking candidates preferably proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking superiors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Owns a car and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia, and ability to work in shifts and in a physically active environment.
• No experience required
