CARPENTRY / FURNITURE SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Selangor | Full-Time Position

We are a well-established company specializing in custom stainless steel, metal, and carpentry/furniture installation for interior and construction projects. We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor (Carpentry Division) to lead our site team and ensure precision, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of carpenters for furniture and joinery installation at project sites.
  • Guide and train workers on cutting, assembling, fitting, and finishing work.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and site plans accurately.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and monitor work progress.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage tools, materials, and maintain site safety and cleanliness.
  • Troubleshoot on-site technical and fitting issues efficiently.
  • Oversee delivery, unloading, and installation of all carpentry and furniture components.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, furniture installation, or interior fit-out supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of woodworking materials, machinery, and joinery methods.
  • Able to read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings.
  • Leadership ability — capable of guiding, instructing, and motivating site workers.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel to project sites (including outstation work in JB, Penang, etc.).
  • Skilled in problem-solving, quality control, and time management.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD or basic technical sketching is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Overtime & Petrol Allowances Provided)

Remuneration:

Salary: From RM3,000 and above (based on experience)

Petrol Allowance Provided
